The Influences of Procedural Justice on Turnover Intention and Social Loafing Behavior among Hotel Employees

چکیده

This study examines the influences of procedural justice on turnover intention and social loafing behavior among employees in hotel industry. Despite a growing body literature regarding relationship between organizational justice, loafing, there is limited published research influence with mediating effect intention. For this purpose, questionnaire was self-administered to working at different hotels Saudi Arabia. AMOS software employed for structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis. The results show that significantly negatively behavior. Furthermore, intention, whereas positively Turnover partially mediates link loafing. outcomes confirm important any organization; nevertheless, it not enough decrease employees, especially when exists. have implications practitioners scholars relation reducing intentions employees.
